Our office provides numerous bookkeeping services to many local businesses including payroll, T4 preparation, corporate tax preparation and personal tax preparation.

Owner, Isabelle Simard, has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and business management. She started this company as ISimard Bookkeeping and expanded to Numbers and Letters Business Solutions Ltd. in 2005.

The Numbers and Letters team includes our newest edition, Tammy Fitzgerald, senior bookkeeper Sue Sinclair and Owner and Operator Isabelle Simard.

Isabelle Simard

Isabelle has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and business management. She has been in Golden since 1998 and has successfully offered her services to many local businesses. Isabelle has been a personal and small business tax preparer for over 10 years resulting in a loyal clientele.

Sue Sinclair

Sue came to Numbers and Letters in March of 2008 after successfully completing the College of the Rockies "Women in Transition Program". She has excellent bookkeeping and tax preparation skills, with an eye for detail, which is a huge asset to our bookkeeping family.

Tammy Fitzgerald

Tammy joined Number and Letters in March of 2011, just in time for the 2011 tax season. Moving to Golden from Lethbridge, Alberta in November of 2010, where she was employed by a Chartered Accountant, Tammy completed her Fundamental Accounting Principles course. She has a keen willingness to learn more about accounting and all aspects of bookkeeping, taxes and business requirements and takes pride in doing the best job possible for clients. Tammy enjoys researching all aspects of business, be it tax updates and requirements or new and innovative ideas on office environments and services.

Tammy has been in the Hospitality Management Business for over seven years, working as both a Lounge Manager and Front Desk Manager in the past. Her multicultural awareness, high level of adaptability and interpersonal skills are a definite asset to Numbers and Letters. Her customer service skills are described as positive, polite, professional and efficient, with a gift for getting things done!
