Isabelle Simard

Isabelle has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and business management. She has been in Golden since 1998 and has successfully offered her services to many local businesses. Isabelle has been a personal and small business tax preparer for over 10 years resulting in a loyal clientele.

Susan Baerg

Susan happily joined the Numbers and Letters team in July of 2007 - just in time for the move to the new building! She brought with her a diploma in OFAD from the College of the Rockies and 10 years of administrative experience. Her administrative experience ranges from print media to hotel management. Susan is proud to have an award of excellence for superior customer service from the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce.

Susan's Customer Service Training courses include: Conflict resolution, The Ultimate Solution Superhost, and the Telephone Doctor.

Sue Sinclair

Sue came to Numbers and Letters in march of 2008 after successfully completing the College of the Rockies "women in transition program". She has excellent bookkeeping and tax preparation skills, with an eye for detail, which is a huge asset to our bookkeeping family.
