RENOVATIONS UNDERWAY
Our new location at 1115 9th Street South is continuing to change. We've completed phase 1 of the renovations
and have started on phase 2 with painting and getting our signage up. We have exciting plans for the rest of our exterior 'yard', which includes a proposed community garden. The team at Numbers & Letters have been working very hard to offer personal, reliable service to all our clients. To this end we have
produced a comprehensive policy manual and are working to streamline all our systems. We will be calling on our clients for their updated information and we will be communicating any policy changes that pertains to them.
We are sad to report that Anne Galligan will be leaving us in increments. She is retiring and is very busy with her volunteer pursuits -
please join us in wishing Anne all the best. Until the time of her complete departure from our office she will be job sharing with Bette-Lou Brown,
who is joining us on Mondays and Fridays.
